The Rural Ontario Medical Program (ROMP) is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC) and operates as a learner placement program for Ontario’s six medical universities. ROMP arranges core and elective rotations for medical trainees across south central Ontario in one-on-one learning situations with physician preceptors.
