The Barrie and Community Family Health Team is eager to provide our programs, services, information and communication in a way that’s accessible for all individuals. We have established formal policies and procedures for responding to accessibility related feedback and requests for accessible information and communications. To encourage effective communication, we suggest you speak with the team members providing your care, or the clinical manager for the program should you have an accessibility request.
