Anxiety Series
This is a 1.5 hour comprehensive group session is offered as a 4-week program that provides support to individuals reduce, or even eliminate disruptive anxiety from their lives.
What does this Information Session offer?
This group will help you to:
- Challenge negative, fearful beliefs to find more confident ways of seeing life.
- Learn and practice relaxation techniques.
- Change the attitudes that support worrying.
- Increase your understanding of the medications used to treat anxiety disorders.
Who can attend?
Any patient age 18+ belonging to the Barrie and Community Family Health Team is welcome to attend.
