The Barrie and Community Family Health Team has begun to develop a new strategic plan to help us continue to provide excellent care. This strategic plan will only be successful in guiding the organization forward if we have your input into its development. As a patients and family members, we want to hear your thoughts—this is your opportunity to help shape the future of BCFHT.
We invite you to be part of a 90-minute focus group—an open conversation among your peers, guided by external facilitators from Laridae to encourage open and meaningful discussion. They will ask a series of questions to gather your ideas and opinions.
