Broader Public Sector Accountability Act
Barrie and Community Family Health Team is compliant with the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Accountability Act which regulates broader public sector organizations in the areas of compensation, expenses, perquisites, business documents and procurement. The Act is designed to improve accountability and transparency.
Salary Disclosure
Ontario’s Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act (PDSA, Section 3), together with Ontario Health’s Annual Operating Plan Governance Attestation, requires that the Barrie and Community Family Health Team disclose, upon request, a list of employees whose compensation exceeds $100,000.
