NSM Trans Health services provides culturally competent and gender-affirming care to trans and gender diverse people and their families within the North Simcoe Muskoka region. 

What services are available?

Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with community partners to provide a range of inclusive, gender-affirming services to gender diverse individuals within our region, including:

• Education and information on gender identity and health care options
• Support for social, medical and legal transition processes
• Surgical assessment, referrals and support
• Individualized support for hormone therapy and monitoring
• Psychosocial support throughout the transition process
• Individual and group therapy
