If you have a question, concern, or suggestion about our services or your treatment related to accessibility or otherwise, we encourage you to share this with us through the “Feedback” button at the bottom of the page. Feedback offers us an important opportunity to learn from your experiences and improve our services.

In the event of an emergency closing, a BCFHT staff member will call patients to advise of the closing and discuss options for re-booking. Emergency closing notices will also be posted on our homepage.
