Expressive Arts Therapy Bereavement Support Group

This 8-week bereavement support group will help you process through your grief by offering the invitation to express yourself in a new way.  Even if you have never touched a paint brush or a musical instrument or if you have never written a poem, you will be able to participate in every aspect of this group.  It is not in the finished product that we learn and grow, but in the “doing”…in the creative process.

All materials will be provided.  We are looking for a commitment to attend each session unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
